• JUKI mounting lines for mounting of complete spectrum of components (packages QFN, BGA, QFB, from 0201 mm to 50 mm x 150 mm)
• Traceability of mounted components and operations by IFS system
• IBL vapour phase soldering
• ERSA reflow ovens 
• 3D KohYoung automated optical inspection (AOI) testers
• Marantz automated optical inspection (AOI) testers for inter-operation inspection
